We designed and produced a 6,000+ piece Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) postcard campaign that paired visual reverence with practical clarity.
The front of the piece featured a candlelit Mass scene with traditional blackletter typography, reflecting the church’s historic character and sense of tradition. On the reverse side, we organized service times, location details, and a QR code that connected recipients directly to the parish website. Alongside design, we managed the production and logistics that make a direct-mail campaign successful. This included proofing, in-house print production, trimming, bundling, and route sorting so the mailing could be delivered on schedule and land in mailboxes in the narrow window leading up to Christmas.

Just as meaningful were the personal connections that followed. Several first-time visitors shared that the postcard was the reason they decided to attend, turning a simple mailbox moment into an in-person experience. The project demonstrated how thoughtful design and clear communication can help local institutions reconnect with the communities around them.
